The Lake House, complete with two fireplaces and a spacious lakeside veranda, serves as the community’s social hotspot for events and gatherings. The Lake House was constructed using many green-building practices such as recycling the job site construction waste; using recycled materials in the framing, subflooring and exterior sheathing; and installing low-flow faucets to conserve water.

The Boat House is ready to satisfy any water lover with its canoe, kayak and paddle boat launches. Canoes and kayaks are available for resident use. The Boat House also features a fishing pier, allowing residents to cast their lines in the clear, spring-fed lake filled with large fish.

The Pavilion, features an outdoor grill, fireplace, and picnic tables - making it the perfect spot for outdoor family gatherings. It's location on the lake and near the community's hiking trails will make this a great spot to sit and relax after a morning walk.
